Recognition Day is celebrated at Delhi Public School every year. Teaching and non-teaching staff are presented with cash rewards, and recognition letter by the management for their unequivocal contribution in the betterment of the school. The awardees are chosen on the basis of their annual performance, attendance, leaves, behavior, feedback from other employees, extra initiatives taken, and quarterly assessment reports. Delhi Public School proudly boasts of its extensive teacher's training programs. Staff Ward's Scholarship can be availed by Delhi 's employees for their wards after completion of one year at the school. Initially, a waiver of 80 percent of admission fees is provided to them, then a waiver of 85 percent after completion of 3 years at Delhi Public School, and after 5 years, we provide 100 percent Admission fee waiver for the wards of employees at Delhi Public School.
